Kale Chips from my Garden by darylo

Kale Chips from my Garden

I grew exactly two big bunches of kale over the winter (the shade was too much for them to grow well), but now the sun is popping in the correct spot, so I've cut it all back, and I'm hoping for one more run of kale before I toss it in the bin!

So all my kale, crisped in the oven, makes one nice bowl of chips! Easy peasy.

Off to Gibbs Gardens for a double photo shoot tomorrow (two seniors graduating). Gotta get to bed to get my beauty rest! Supplies: cameras, lenses, masks, hand sanitizer, water, monopod. Really hoping for good weather!
looks yummy -- and I have curly kale arriving on Thursday from Misfits Market. I'll see if I can figure out how to make kale chips.

@jyokota 425 oven. Spray roasting pan lightly with oil. Arrange washed kale on pan. Spray very lightly with oil. Sprinkle salt/pepper. Pop in oven for 8-10 min. Keep eye on them. Done. Yummy snack.

Your cooking is always so impressive, both photographically and also I'm sure in terms of taste.

While the sound of kale chips does not appeal to me your photo does. I like the simplicity of it. I hope you have great weather for that photo shoot too.
