I have big problems taking portraits especially when I'm inside but I learnt something new about my camera this week and really pleased with the result. This is my Great Nephew Lucas
I had a couple this week I liked, but going with this one because I had to take so many more shots to achieve, at least somewhat close, to what I was looking for.
Day 8 - Sean on a Merry-Go-Round. It was alot of fun to take this photo. I was laying down on the Merry-Go-Round to take these and did not realize how dizzy I was getting until I sat up. Shot on a Canon 50D, 10-22mm, ISO 100, f/18, 1/6 Shutter.
Hmmm, it was hard to pick for me this week... so I think this one... from yesterday... but it was so close between about 3 :/ I feel I had a good week :)
Man this is hard! I have 4 that I love and I've been really proud of myself this week. But I'll go for this.. since these buggers are hard to capture when buzzing around.
Even though I took this with my iPhone using the front-facing setting, which has pretty low resolution, I was able to edit it so that I was pretty happy with the way it turned out and I used this photo for two theme entries this week... The weekly: theme-yellow2 and the Me Every Week: monday-sp25
I miss the sun
But it was this or "Syrup"
This is my fav this week.
Duckling that needed a drink to help it hatch
I had fun processing this with b/w and also brown tones.
This is one of my favs because of the emotion that the chimp shows as well as the emotion it brought up in me when I saw him & took the shot.
I like the angle:)
2012 1 Jan 8 - Don't you hate it when you forget your pants, but bring your tuba to the airport?
My favourite photo from my project this week!
