I really enjoy sharing images with so many gifted photographers and find it especially exciting to see what folks are doing in different parts of the world.
Maybe this has already been done, but if so I've yet to find it.
I'd love to see a list, or world map, showing all of the countries represented by the wonderful "365 Family".
What do you think?
Have a tiny country flag next to our names or on our profile pages? And if you click on it, it will take you to a list with everyone else from the same country? 8)
It would be quite useful. I sometimes search for images by geographical location as I sometimes like to get an idea of what a particular place is like, but looking for, as it might be, Turkey, can bring up a variety of things, as I'm sure you'll appreciate...
I like Livia's idea, and I'm sure there are other good possibilities. In the meantime I've started a "low tech" list that I could forward on request, though it will be very limited, I'm sure. I mean, HOW MANY OF US ARE THERE? MODERATOR???

Liberty, South Carolina USA... Personally I think it would be awesome to know of other 365'ers in my area.. and love the around the world trip I make daily looking at others photos.
Near Montgomery Alabama. This is one of the things I like best about 365. It is a chance to tour the world from my computer through the eyes of people that live in places I would like to visit!
@myautofocuslife I'm with your idea! I found out there is a 365er in the next town to me totally by accident, would love to kow if there are more! In in Milton Keynes, England :)
Gympie, SE Queensland, Australia. I also love the opportunity to see pictures from around the globe - both the stunning scenery, and those everyday moments which can be so different from (or similar to) mine.
I live on the eastern side of Pennsylvania in the township of Middle Smithfield, USA. But you'll probably never find it on a map! So look for the city of Stroudsburg and you'll be in my neighborhood!
i've met only one 365er and that was when i visited manila last year as he's manila-based. i yet have to meet the ones nearest me @roth :-) and i'm sure we're always crossing paths.
@cherishl Maybe we see different things when looking at the map. I see a map with some coloured areas, but clicking on them takes you straight through to the main website. There's no obvious way to find out who in 365 is on there.
Great idea. I use 365 like I do travel blogs to help research a place before we visit so I am really loving the idea of a map....although it would be cool if it was based on where the photos were taken rather than on where people are from....I am from NZ but am on the cusp of moving from Phnom Penh Cambodia, where we've been living for the last 4 years, to Jakarta Indonesia but we travel quite a bit too.
I'm another from Cape Town, South Africa & I love seeing everybody else's photos from around the world....we had a local get-together this year which was wonderful hopefully we will do it again :)
Awesome idea, i have great conversations with my followers and followee's on here and don't know where most are from! I found out the other day that one person lives in cambridgeshire, where i am originally from!
