So, what's your favourite photo over the past week, between 16 and 22 April?
You can post your favourite photo by copying and pasting the code from the 'Share' box that's in your photo page, together with info on when it was taken. Part of the challenge is only selecting ONE picture, so no cheating!
I loved a few from this week, especially with all the bland school assignment shoots Ive been having to do. I love my violin shot, but nothing beats my baby girl. :)
This one was my favorite because my husband and I shared our hobbies and had fun together when I "shot" it. Now I, too, can say I've "shot" a turkey (or four).
This morning, I went looking for answers and found myself walking in sunshine along a flower lined path. It was there and then, I forgot I had questions.
@michellepj You and that spider! I keep seeing it all over. *shivers*
This would have to be mine. It looks pretty amateur, but I'm thrilled to have a picture where Jon didn't blink at the flash, I haven't had anything close to a self portrait yet, and it was our anniversary!
I am actually really happy with all my photos this week, I'll choose this one as it wasn't planned, I just happened to arrive home at the right time to capture it.
I'd have to go with this one just for the story behind it and even though it's not a great picture, it's one that makes me feel something which I think is important in a photograph.
This one stands out for me. Taken next to Selworthy church in somerset, there was this amazing patch of cowslips and forget-me-nots, and then this butterfly landed.....
a wonderful summery photo.
This one. It's the first time I've tried something like this, and even tho' I need to work on my technique I now know what to do so will have another go sometime.
i'm taking photographs of mostly murals this month. but this one is my favourite, not a mural but a plain brick wall which i took when i couldn't find any good mural.
I've had a crazy week, moving from the US to Germany, so pictures have kind of taken the back seat. I like this one because it's the only one I took more than 3 seconds to set up and shoot.
This time of year is usually when I have a photo explosion, and love a lot of them. But this year I'm swamped with work and school, and it has been really nasty outdoors. Definitely not spring. So this one is my favorite for the last week, I'm proud of it despite the fact that I took just because I was bored in a sound booth.
I had a pic this week that was a great success, 152 views and 15 favs, a personal record and got onto the pp page for the first time, but this isn't it, I liked this one more!!!
this has got to be - after getting alot of help from fellow 365ers about which shot to use for a photography comp, I took their opinions & advice & chose a new shot that used all those principles & ended up with this great shot!
Team effort I say ;-)
For me, it's this one from the 22, no contest. I really thought about this photo beforehand. I visualized it, then built the props, created a studio, paid attention to lighting and f-stops and took several until I got good focus. I even had my husband "flag" the light source for me. I'm really happy with the result. So, it just shows, you get out of photography what you put into it. =)
@karenr Love this shot especially (for some reason) that white ring round the tire - just finishes the composition off nicely and the monochrome works a treat.
ill go with the 16th :
I was thrilled to get this guy - he'd been eluding me all winter!
Took this shot of the sunset yesterday. There's a kayaker and some fishermen enjoying the view out towards the horizon.

I think this one is my fav:
i'm really happy about how this one turned out, with no editing whatsoever. happy earth day.
a wonderful summery photo.
but always one of my favorites. One of these girls is a 365'er
A selfie..
Or my kitty..
i had so much fun on the farm revisiting all the places i used to play at as a child... :)
I think that this is my favorite from this week:
Thanks to everyone who looks at my photo!
20th April
A macro of a basketball under my desk. I had no intention of using it as the subject for this particular day but I liked the way it ended up!
I also really liked an Easter egg photo I took - but it was hard to justify picking that over my granddaughter. :)
My Birthday was on the 20th but I like this better than the one that represents the day itself

Because it was the photo with the most favs I've ever had, and it's near and dear to my heart
Taken 04.20.2011
This was taken on the 16th... They were such a fun family to work with!
Because of the story behind it.
