These cherubs are on the front of Teddington library. I noticed them this morning as I rushed out to take a telephone call as I had forgotten to put my phone on silent - tut! tut!

They have lost parts of their faces through pollution in the past and weathering but have looked down on Teddington for nearly 110-years. The inside of the library is pretty impressive as well (as photographed last year http://365project.org/emmadurnford/365/2013-03-26)
I'm glad they are still there even in their weathered state. Lovely pov here Emma. I took a look at your inside shot too--this seems to be quite a beautiful library, which warms the heart of this retired librarian.

@tristansmum I love our local library. A lot of libraries have been closed over the past few years or amalgamated but we are lucky that ours was updated and renovated instead.
