Mothers Day today and amazingly Washington Hamster had managed to get down to the shops and get me a card and a box of lovely Belgian truffles. He’s such a good boy! My Mum was pleased with her pressies of a bird book, stag brooch, chilli chocolate from Lapland and some perfume which I have not seen in the UK for years but found at Helsinki airport.
We headed over to Karen and Ian’s house later in the day for a roast dinner and another gift of an orchid and more chocolates. This is Koby hoping for a snack.
I went to school once upon a time in Helsinki...hadn't been there for years then Mr. Boo had a conference there and I showed him around....hadn't forgotten anything!
