I did my second Bushy Park run/trot today and managed to shave over 3 minutes of my first run last week taking me down to 35 minutes 12 seconds. Still hard work but I was on my own this week so could really push it as Colin was at the Goodwood Festival of Speed for the day.
This is a Jersey Tiger moth which was on the jasmine plant in the back garden. They are not common and mainly occur in the south east of the country.
