Park Run number 6… a new PB knocking off 33 seconds and I’m now at 30 minutes 49 seconds. Only 50 seconds off breaking my target of 30 minutes.
Later in the day I had a couple of lots of washing and Colin started working on the garden. The jasmine is still looking stunning an has now been flowering for over two months.
