We walked to the Pheasantry in Bushy Park today solely for the purpose of buying some honey! I want to get both Mum and Hester some local honey for presents and had my fingers crossed they’d have some left as it too early to be harvesting yet this year. Hooray - my luck was in and I got two jars of semi-set local honey. By chance we also discovered the location of the hives hidden away amongst some fruit trees in the grounds of Bushy House. This is some of the bright green Mistletoe that is growing quite low down so I need to mentally note the location of this for our foray out in December!

It was a trip to Tescos on the way back to stock up for a few dinners before we go away.
