We hung the new curtains today. It is a real challenge and takes quite some time. After a lot of arguing and balancing on ladders they are up and look good. I also framed up the prints in the new frames which look great.
It was quite chilly but with not too much wind so I decided to spray the chair prior to recovering the base. Despite having sprayed before (the centre lamp in the bedroom) which went really well, unfortunately this time the paint on the chair bubbled in places and on research I think this could be due to the low temperature. It is really frustrating and will need to be sanded back before I can respray when it’s a bit warmer.
