Today I caught up with work inside such as prepping my images for the Richmond montage. I’m doing well although I am having second thoughts about including Mortlake and Sheen as they really don’t fit into the Richmond theme despite being in the same Borough. I think I’ll go and get the shots anyway when Colin is back for parking duties - very difficult to do on my own. I have an idea for a calendar but it won’t be until 2023 as printing is cheapest in February 2022.
After a number of attempts to get in touch with the owner of the King’s Observatory, I made contact today. The owner seems very nice and is happy for me to come and photograph for my montage. We have provisionally arranged for me to come over in the morning either next Monday or Tuesday (Colin wants to come and nose around at the sae time!).
In the early afternoon I took my second antibody test from the Zoe Covid Symptom study. I had taken one a few weeks ago but for some reason it was never received by the laboratory and it was during the very hot weather so I wonder if that caused a problem interpreting the results. This time it was a lot more difficult getting blood and I have been left with two bruised fingers from a double lancing!
I continue my quest in collating all the cups for Fridays presentation and in the midst of this my friend Ann from the photo club invited me over for dinner with her. I spontaneously said yes and popped out to get some freesias (not poisonous to cats!) and a bottle of posh apple juice. We had a really nice evening although I had forgotten my reading glasses and Ann wanted to show me all of her certificates and medals. I finally got home (and managed to find a parking space at about midnight!
