29th July 2022

2 years and 123 days since the start of the 1st lock down in March 2020.

I had a slight lie in this morn in recovery from yesterday evening - Colin was back at the golf Club again - he can’t keep away!

I took my time in the morning getting ready for a meeting at the Museum of Richmond. A few weeks ago I received an email from someone at the Museum who had seen my greeting cards in Waterstones. I offered them on a sale or return basis and today was the meeting to see if they would eb interested in taking any on un their shop along with postcards.

It was really hot and I wanted to look smart so I discovered an old shoulder portfolio so I emptied the contents and refilled it with greeting cards, postcards, Christmas cards and even a copy of my calendar. The meeting went very well and I got on with Ella and Vicky. We agreed on 7 greeting card designs, 7 Christmas cards, all four postcard designs and we’ll come back to the calendar nearer the end of the year. An added bonus is that they are considering a new campaign to promote items within the museum and they want these items to be promoted and possible created as gifts within the museum. I’m going to put a quote together to so this within the museum.
