4th August 2022

2 years and 129 days since the start of the 1st lock down in March 2020.

Today was the start of ‘Operation Christmas’!

I managed to get my large box of the flat Christmas cards down the stairs and the other box down from the cupboard. First job was to go through existing cards and allocate them to each of my outlets, topping up with the flat cards. I am waiting on my order of 1,500 cards due to be delivered tomorrow but there was more than enough to get on with. I had a brief break to pop out at lunchtime to pick up a library book I had ordered before lunch and then back to making up cards.

I think I’ve made a good start and sent some emails. I also heard from the Museum of Richmond and not only am I stocking them with cards, I will now be photographing their special objects as well - good news.
