I offered to make dinner for my boyfriend yesterday, which started out as just one course, then escalated into three when I found a camembert in the fridge and had made cake earlier in the day!
So we had garlic and rosemary infused Camembert for starters, sweet chilli chicken stir-fry with rice for mains (testing out the wok that Mum bought me a while ago!), and mini wedding cake for dessert.
My best friend is getting married in the summer and I'm doing the cake, so I keep making mini ones with rather random icing so I know what I'm doing (in theory!)
On a technical note, this collage was done using PicMonkey, and the middle picture was put through Tiltshift to make the chicken and veg stand out from the rice.
Fabulous work!!! Looks like you know exactly what you are doing!!! Did you now you are supposed to post recipes if you post food pics...or deliver samples?????!!!
@ruthmouch Ahhhhh I see, no one told me about this rule! I'm sure as we go on through the year there will be more cake pictures and maybe some recipes - who knows? Samples would be great - we'll have to wait for a Willy Wonka style TV or computer screen! - Lucy
