Holocaust Memorial, Paris by fishers

Holocaust Memorial, Paris

Lucy took me on a tour of the Cimetiere du Pere Lachaise, a fascinating place where many famous people are buried, and where there are numerous impressive memorials and monuments. (See Lucy's earlier shots - http://365project.org/fishers/365/2013-11-05 and http://365project.org/fishers/365/2013-11-09.

We were on our way out of the Cimetiere du Pere Lachaise when we came across an area of memorials dedicated to the victims of the holocaust. This was one of a number of sculptures in this area. I found the whole area moving and thought provoking.
