Flying Bike!

Yes, I know, we've posted rather a lot of shots related to the Tour De France, but I couldn't resist posting this fun shot of a display in the Frenchgate shopping centre in Doncaster.

I was surprised to see numerous Tour related displays in Doncaster, since it's probably over 20 miles to the closest place where the Tour passed, but the town seems to have caught the excitement like much of the rest of Yorkshire.

I especially liked the yellow balloon bike, and am impressed by whoever created it.

Almost as intense as the recent World Cup. Agree with you that the balloon bike is an eye catcher. Great shot.

@tonydebont

Thank you Tony - I'm surprised how slowly all the decorations are being taken down, which suggests many are sad to be saying farewell to the Tour.

Thank you Raymond - it was just before the shops closed, so most shoppers would already be on their way home.
