Another recent photo from Louise, this time taken on the beach at Heacham, a village on the shore of the Wash, a few miles south of Hunstanton, and somewhere where she and her family like to visit quite regularly.
In this shot, the tide is out and there are miles of sandy shoreline, a perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of daily life.
