@homeschoolmom I love them too! We have both white and hot pink. However, we took in a stray cat a year ago and I have just found out, through research on flowers for 365, that almost every plant in our backyard is poisonous to cats! Oh dear! We may move some to the front yard because our kitty really does enjoy hanging out in our backyard.
@Weezilou Thank you, Louise! It sure is smaller and lighter or maybe I should revere in all the credit?!? I thought of you last night as I was dining at the Sunnyside in Lake Tahoe and munching on fish tacos and a slice of Hula Pie! :)
@gardenfolk Lake Tahoe: Spent a week there one Jr High summer with a friend's family...learned to water-ski and had a wonderful time! Fish Tacos: Love them! Hula Pie? The name alone says it all!
I'm envious that you can just dash off to Tahoe on a whim!
@Weezilou Dennis has been like a kid in a candy shop when he hears about all the snow and runoff this year. He couldn't wait until my birthday trip later this month to see the happenings in South Lake Tahoe...so we have been up twice to Truckee and Tahoe City in the last week...about 1 1/2 hr drive to Tahoe. Same distance to San Francisco but with traffic it takes much longer. I have taken about 400 photos in Tahoe. Also been to a private garden for another 200 photos. Yikes! Soooo difficult to choose what to post!
Difficult? Impossible! It's why I make cards...you simply can't get around to using them all...and someday, you'll find one you took two years ago and never used and you'll wonder how you missed THAT one! I could easily spend the rest of my life sorting through what I have already and yet one beautiful day after another keeps happening! What a "problem"!
I'm envious that you can just dash off to Tahoe on a whim!
