Onion

Last February I had faved a shot by Louise @louschmoo of a lemon with lines of light behind it. (link is below) and finally gave it a try myself. So thanks, Louise for the inspiration and hope you don't mind that I've tried to emulate it!

@30pics4jackiesdiamond Thanks, Jackie; I hadn'trealized that the link hadn't actually gotten into the post. I've added it now. Louise got a more delicate line and I have to try to work on that. But it was fun to do.

I think your onion does just as good a job as the lemon. He fits in so nicely with the lighting. Nice result

Thanks so much for your message and I'm flattered you liked my pic enough to give it a go too. I think you've done a great job here, it's always fun to play with the shape of light made as well as the colours. Happy experimenting :-)

@ethelperry Thanks, Ethel. this is lots of fun and really quite easy to do after a bit of some frustration and experimentation to get the direction of the light appropriately.

@louschmoo So glad you got the message...I didn't know if you were still here on 365; when I looked, your last posting is dated April 30th. and again, thanks for the inspiration. I really enjoy these things I can set up and try at home.
