Rhubarb.

Just been out quick to photo the rhubarb before it rains. Going to pick it today for tea. Wonder shall we have crumble, cobbler, rhubarb sponge or be good & just have it stewed !

I would vote for sponge! Have you tried it roasted? Uses way less sugar.

Oh no - don't be good! Crumble for me - with custard obviously. Ours has flowered - I'm wondering if it's too dry - March was almost entirely rainless.
