We had a birthday tea for Harry today his .....birthday !!! Only one candle now though but I think he looks good for his age ! Every morning he's up at 6am & sets off for a 3 to 4 mile walk depending which way he goes for the paper & milk. He likes to go on his own & meets the same people on his journey most mornings & they put the world to rights ! When he gets back we read the papers & have breakfast.
happy birthday Harry - you have a smile that lights up your eyes - which means that you will always look good for your age! I'm super impressed with your exercise regime too and so thrilled to know that the matters of the world are in such good hands :-)
A belated happy birthday to Harry!!! So glad that Andy Murray could join the festivities. :) (I've had Wimbledon on non-stop since opening day). I hope that Harry had a wonderful day! He's shaming me into upping my walking regimen. Wonderful shot of your birthday boy, Pat.
Harry looks great from his early morning walking routine, I'm sure he puts a lot of us to shame for general fitness! Good to see Mr Murray. I've been recording Wimbledon and have so far followed it closely. Murray is on track, and I think has a good chance of getting to the quarters and maybe further.
@sabresun Hope so Matt ! We are really enjoying Wimbledon this year partly because I think the weather has been so bad that we have been watching it a lot & got really involved .
But then he is very well looked after by you!!
