I took lots of photos in & around Garstang this morning in the rain & when I looked at them they were so boring & no people in them that I have discarded the lot !!!
I have resorted to showing one of my London ones & they are more interesting because there are people in them so I hope you don't mind !!!
I think these young people were on a stag or hen do as they were all very merry !! At first glance I thought they were proper regimentals in their full uniform but soon realised not !! This photo was taken as we were walking along Piccadilly & they appeared out of one of the side streets around The Ritz Hotel.
If you study their expressions, they seems to be having a jolly time! I think that I once had afternoon tea in this area. Does the Ritz serve tea to the public? Love the candid photo, Pat!
I thought at first that you were going to say that this was taken in Garstang! Don't you just love it when a photo marches in front of your lens!! Great colours!
@judithg@phil_howcroft I realise with all my waffling that it did read like I had taken this photo in Garstang today !! If they had been in that little town it would have been in the papers !! Sorry for the confusion & thanks for the comments !!
