Ongoing training with the lead saw Tui & I out after supper last night. I put her on the lead until we get to the end of the lane even though she walks along there on her own all the time, she doesn't take too kindly having to be held back ! I make her sit & then release her & she's off down the field like a bullet out of a gun !!! I must say though she is improving loads & doesn't pull me along as much !!
In fact she doesn't pull me at all on the way back ...too tired !!

LOL - she's appreciating her freedom now she isn't confident that she's always going to have it! Do the neighbours think you're mad?! This house has a very pretty garden and it seems very sociable of them to have lights for you!
I have some nice solar sphere things in the garden but they don't work because Monty chewed the sensors off when he was a pup - shortly before he chewed through the wire to the tree lights and dug up and got half way through the phone/broadband cable for Nigel's office. He nearly got sent back that day!! @happypat@bpaquette
@judithg@bpaquette Oh dear I'm so glad to say she didn't !!! Pups are hard work but you wouldn't be without him now !!! My solar lights never seem to shine well . horrible disappointing dull things !
This is such a pretty shot Pat - lovely daffodils and solar lights providing a warm, yellow splash of colour. Glad you enjoyed the walk. Dogs are fabulous for making sure we go for a walk - even when we are feeling blah!
Find it funny your different seasons etc. Here we work by the sun in summer it is dark around 7.00pm so hubby works until then in the paddocks. But daylight is 4.30ish in midsummer. Our last meal for the day "Tea" is around 7.30 when he gets home from where ever he is working. Tryed summer time (daylight saving) but nobody wantes it now. Dairycows don't know the clock is put forward an hour do they.
@lornavale I noticed when I was in NZ the nights went dark quite suddenly around 8.10pm even though it was summer. In mid summer here it doesn't go dark sometimes until 10.30pm but still going light at 4.30am . As you can see very short nights. There is always some controversy about the hour changing but much grumbling especially in Scotland who say if the hour stays the same all year round it won't get light in the winter till 9amish. Can't satisfy all !! Many thanks by the way of commenting on all my photos recently !!
