A day out in Clitheroe with Cathy shopping for birthday presents.
We had scrambled eggs with smoked salmon for lunch in this rather nice cafe which also had a fantastic gift & furniture store attached.
I bought some cushions for the chairs in the kitchen which are an assorted bunch of old pine ones that need cushions on to make them comfortable. We always sit in the kitchen when we have anyone round for a meal & never seem to move into the sitting room !
I have had to cover one of the new cushion as the cat sits on that chair but will whip it off when anyone comes !

Love this capture, Pat ... and yes, nice warm smile looking back at you there. In my candids, the people are usually looking at me like "get that camera out of my face!" Lovely place to have lunch and shop at ... looks so warm and inviting!
Nice capture of the cafe. Yes, she does look friendly. Sometimes I notice things after I download to the computer that I did not see when I snapped the shot.
It looks very swish Pat!! You could suggest a transvestite cruet holder with a Sindy doll head next time you're in though! Every day should be cafe day @meisen325 !
Very nice photo. Looks like a lovely place for lunch. It has a real *British* look to it. And isn't it nice to be greeted by a smile? More people should try it.
