This bridge has had new beautifully wrought iron gates fitted since I last was in this park & I also never knew it had a proper name.
Three good things:
1. Family of course!
2. Clarnico mints...I have a passion for them at the moment!
3. The ability to look back through my 365 diary to remind me of what I was doing on each day of the previous week because I am rubbish at remembering otherwise!!!
This is a lovely shot, Pat...I especially like the people under the bridge (with the wee one) and the fact that you left in those stairs on the left. Adds to the sense of adventure. Love your three things today. Nice to know 365 is now also a memory aid...I have to admit to doing that, too!
@bpaquette Slightly worrying Barbara I just couldn't remember what I had been doing each day...must admit I have been so busy so lots to remember but still................. Oh dear!!!!!!!!
Love this! That little one is so cute! I like to go back too - it is handy as a diary. Chucking it down here and a pile of ironing to do....I don't think I'll remind myself of that!
What a glorious day up there!! Gorgeous photo Pat, love everything about it, the lovely light, the trees the people and the path leading the eye through.......fabulous
The light and composition are wonderful pat, the family are the perfect touch especially the tiny one, and the PO box and lamp make it a wonderfully interesting capture.
Love this beautiful scene. Such a gorgeous park and bridge. And the family silhouette adds a perfect touch! I agree with you, Pat...365 makes a marvelous photo journal for remembering our days.
Pat i like how you've composed this. In fact I think you may have waited for the people to get under the bridge before you clicked, therefore turning them into silhouettes against the light and therefore proving that you've now got a great eye for a photo and are a in fact an accomplished photographer rather than just somebody who c'licks away'.
I hope my comment came across OK and not condescending ..It was meant as a great compliment to how your photography has grown since you started 365 :)
@phil_howcroft Thank you for your in depth comments recently Phil...I do appreciate all your tips & input! As for waiting no I just saw them just in the right spot , grabbed my camera & just caught them before they went through....lucky hey!
