The big one!!!

Our best, favourite & only son in law has a big birthday today.
His friend & neighbour was outside at 4.30am this morning decorating Garths fence. That is a dummy btw & not Garth climbing over!

I popped round this morning & they had a full house ....the most sociable couple I know, big celebrations tomorrow which also happens to be Lydias 17th birthday.
Some of Garths friends had clubbed together & bought him a proper framed OS relief map of his beloved Lake District...it was fascinating.

Three good things:
1.I have bought a steamer insert to put in a pan so the aim is to have really healthily cooked veg.
2. A lovely day tomorrow to look forward to.
3. Happy Birthday to Lily the cat for yesterday, 14 years old & I had forgotten until a friend who has her sister reminded me. Unfortunately poor Lily had a bad day & go ticked off for her demeanours!!

I have to add a big Good thing 4. Wigan beat Manchester City to win the FA Cup this afternoon, a great Lancashire team....hooray!!
