Lily is a real lap cat & if anyone sits down she is on your knee!
Three good things:
1. Laura Robson has just won her match after a very shaky start against a good New Zealander.
2. Cathy & Garth home from their holidays.
3. I am an online member of @judithg book club & I have my reading list!!!
Oh and I can see she likes to get her claws in you as well - better than Rafiki - when she gets all contented she starts grooming you which includes teeth! Excellent number 3!
@lesleyallen I must take a photo from above one day Lesley as she is a very odd shape with a twisted back ! You have your hands full with four all jostling for position!
I haven't met Lily before! A lovely tortie that likes to pummel with her claws! I didn't know that about the tennis! Shame for our (can't pronounce her name let alone spell it)
@kwiksilver Well it's not really on line Gillian ...I was bemoaning the fact i din't know where a book club in our area was so @judithg told me what her group were reading ..3 books & I had until November to read them...trouble is there is no wine on line!!!
@sarah19 Haven't tried anything yet ....was just a joke suggestion Sallie but Judith said I could read their books...I could send a report on line so we will see how it works!!! A bit of fun really!
@happypat It's just so good to share about what we've been reading. A community of readers is so good and something we encourage in schools. I'm glad to say that all the folk I have heard from after World Book Night have enjoyed reading 'The Island' - even Allan enjoyed it though very different from his usual genre! And he passed on his copy to a friend so I hope he enjoys it too! Happy reading!
