There were hundreds of wonderful cows & beef cattle in the cattle tent at Westmoreland show.
A fantastic show in beautiful scenery.
If I could scrap this photo I would as I feel I have overdone the contrast...rushing to get it up without checking!!!! Too late now!
Three good things:
1. A wonderful day out & seeing lots of people we knew.
2. Fish & chips on the way home.
3. A lovely surprise present from NZ when we got home.
The coos are so black and the coos are so brown! Harry is great standing there looking good - I like the scene! You must have been child bride and groom when you married! This means you had your golden wedding last year! Congratulations from me!
Wow - congratulations - that's a lot of years together. I sometimes delete my photo and start again, especially if there's not much interest and I really didn't like it anyway. The cows are great, it's just the white of the tent causing the problem.
Thank you all so much for your good wishes & as I said last year I was very young when I got married !!!!!!! Very young for these days but of course there weren't as many opportunities in my day to travel & career wise too....I actually had to leave nursing when I got married , they did not allow married nurses!!
