A pretty boring photo today I'm afraid ...to me anyway.
It's damp & raining on & off today so have had no incentive or time for that matter to go outdoors.
I have been reading my camera manual a little, what there is of it anyway as the rest is on a disc...I hate that too!
I have downloaded a sample of an instruction book for the Olympic Pen 1 & 2 through my Kindle which does look good...a slow process finding out everything!
I am missing the view finder very much.....I can't seem to keep my hands steady enough with them out in front looking through the screen....never had any problem before, must be spoilt ! That must be my first priority when I have saved up!
I put this Cyclamen outside in the summer after it had finished flowering & noticed it under the hedge the other day looking like this....in it came onto the kitchen window sill again!
Three good things:
1. I saw my niece & her husband on TV last nigh on Autumn Watch...apparently they cut her small animals survey just before transmission...they practised it with her during rehearsal & then dumped it!
2. Lydia has arrived in Paris with her friend Amy for 3 nights sight seeing.
3. Good TV on tonight.
Has your camera got a shoulder strap? I put the strap around my neck and hold the camera out as far as it will go so the strap becomes stiff. It's easy to look at the screen and keeps the camera still! This wet look is full of character!
Boy do I know what you mean re missing your view finder. It's hard to see, hard to hold still enough...not my choice at this age. Hope you get it worked out
@andreajoy How generous Andrea....I must say I do like my tech stuff although my Kindle is my very favourite!! Enjoy your new computer, it will be very fast!!
The local shop's been selling cyclamen - I've been idly eying them up with a view to planting me a couple of window boxes but need to get on with it - they're such cheerful little plants. And L is obsessed with chickens at the moment!
@jewelsandbinoculars Chickens are very fascinating.....I can understand her interest....I can see you in a cottage in a village one day with hens & two or three more children....who knows LOL!
Just having a wee catch up while up at mum and dad's for the weekend!
