Practising my manual settings today, I can actually manage to change them without consulting the book which is a good job as I have mislaid it again!
I present the boring flower!
Three good things:
1. We have watched & really enjoyed The Worlds Fastest Indian.....what a man!
1. Still some Prosecco in the bottle for tonight!
3. Good old X Factor back last night.....as corny as ever!
Funny how our tastes differ - I love flower shots (you may have noticed!) We also have some leftover white wine for tonight - in fact it's leftover Moroccan fish stew as well which Neil made, so an easy dinner all round.
@quietpurplehaze I know Hazel & you do such beautiful flower shots, I just feel I have copped out when I do flowers! Comes from living in a field for years! Thank you anyway!
@farmreporter yes I think I do Wendy but to be honest unless I am doing something that needs fast or slow shutter speed I can't see the point! I am hopeless at the photo challenging thing! Thank you for your comments.
A lovely delicate image-- love it ! I am afraid I have not really mastered this technique yet -- its usually a happy mistake when mine turn out like this !! And all of you talking about all this wonderful food while I feel the miseries of putting on the pounds after eating too well while on holidays !!
A lovely hydrangea Pat... pleased you have watched The Worlds fastest Indian" great NZ movie.... We watched a Yorkshire classic Saturday night... "Calendar Girls" brilliant movie...
So ... do you remember how you accomplished it ? LOL!
I'm making the most of summer flowers- soon there will not be many!!!
Ooo full English for tea - lovely! I'll put it on the menu for next week!
