No merit in today's photo but I have been too busy to take any other plus it is a diary photo.
My nieces twin daughter were one today so a lovely BBQ & party at their house this afternoon.
Happy 1st birthday Ivy & Martha.
Quite a nice idea was that we wrote something on a slip of paper for each girl & put it in a milk bottle ....message in a bottle to be opened on their eighteenth birthday.
Out for a meal tonight so not much commenting.
I have no idea how I did in the photo competition yet!
No merit?!?! This is awesome! What a way to have a marvelous day and have a picture to remember it. Looks like a heavenly yard, especially nice filled up with family and BABIES!!!
@bpaquette ha ha Barbara...I can see you are thinking more babies! I feel like a qualified Norland nanny now! If you google Norland nannies you will see how well trained they are & royalty etc hire them to look after their offspring at vast wages!
Looks like a lovely summer family gathering to me at and great that they are all 'unposed' Not sure that word exists but you know what I mean. Happy Birthday girls!
Lovely to see so many dads involved too - nice image. My niece (in-law) also has twin girls. They are a couple of months old now and along with their sister, are rather cute.
It would take a bit of thought as to what to write on that bit of paper! Lovely idea as long as they don't lose the bottle! This is a real garden party!
And what a lovely idea putting messages in the bottle!
