We have arrived at our holiday cottage in Wells-next-the-sea.
As you can see its a really quaint place & so pretty.
Everything you could wish for inside including a log burner which hopefully we won't need to light.
A very twisty staircase which is not so good for a one & a half legged person but negotiable with # 1 Good thing, two strategically placed pieces of wooden handles to grip as you descend the stairs.
Looking forward to,our week staying in beautiful Norfolk.
Might be erratic posting & commenting as we have a busy weekend ahead but I will post a photo for each day even if it's in bulk form.
Two other good things:
2. Our lovely SIL drove the whole two hundred & odd miles while we sat in style.
3. M&S ready meal for supper plus wine.
@jocasta I thought of you too last night funnily enough Jocasta! We had a littke walk after our evening meal looking in shop windows as you do & there in one window I saw one of those crabbing fishing lines just like we used on Malaig pier! Thought of you being there & the good times we had!
So delightful and inviting! Looks like a perfectly charming cottage to spend a week by the sea. Just be extra careful on that twisty staircase...you've come too far to risk a repeat injury!!
