I hadn't realised I had caught Harry's refection in this photo until I uploaded it!
These old books were just piled into the windows & on the floor of this old book shop half way up the hill climb to Lincoln Cathedral.
Back to normal tonight so will catch up commenting later this evening.
Three good things:
1. Caught up with all bed changing etc as my B&B's looked after themselves while we were away.
2. Started a careful eating plan as I need to lose half a stone.
3. I have so enjoyed eating anything & everything I fancied this last few months but it's now payback time!
@quietpurplehaze No he did not Hazel, a typical farmer he is not interested in books unless they are about farming & certainly not interested in old buildings! He could see the beauty but was more interested in the guy mowing the lawn outside than the Cathedral!
Looks like it would be a wonderful shop to browse in - although it doesn't look as if it has a great filing system - LOL!
Great capture of books and Harry!
Love this!! We do enjoy finding lovely bookshops and the quirkier the better!
Lincoln is an awesome cathedral and the area round about is so attractive. There was a wedding rehearsal on when we were there several years ago - the choirmaster was getting married and all the singing was so fabulous in such a wonderful setting!
@sarah19 there were a couple of wedding parties having their photos taken at the front bug apparently the resister office is just in the square before the archway.
I like diversity!
