Cycle path

It's a long time since I was last at Clevelys taking my promenade photos.
My friend & I haven't been to the pictures since at least January. Both away visiting absent children down under then I broke my ankle so today was the first time on the back row with our sandwiches for ages.
We saw Me Before You a film version of the best selling weepy by Jo Jo Moyes. Lived up to the book nicely but the hankies were out!

Three good things:
1. Egg sandwiches with plum tomatoes & a coffee on the back row of the cinema!
2. Free speech!
3. Fish & chips at the village chippy with friends tonight!
What a delightful sounding day!

You really live the high life Pat, egg sandwiches at the cinema. Back to your capture, don't you think they should all be locked up, well CYCLEPATHS are dangers people. (Wink)

Instantly knew this one was one of yours Pat ! Such a lovely clean stretch ,but quite deserted . Those street lamps freak me out being at that angle . !! I can imagine just the two of you on the back row od the cinema with your sandwiches and coffee -- how cosy is that !!

@beryl You could come too if you lived nearer Beryl.....only six of us in the cinema this afternoon! A very quiet stretch of prom, it never gets really busy like Blackpool yet onlt a few miles further north. Yes this street lights are a weird angle, I feel the photo looks odd but that's how they are!

A perfect spot for a walk. I can smell the sea air! So different from the Cleveleys I remember of many years ago.

Your outing sounds delightful and I love Jo Jo Moyes books. Here it is nearly July and it was January you last did this! The promenade lives up to its name and lovely by the beach!

@maggiemae I know it felt so long ago, the cinema man wondered where we got to! You are in Manchester, so near yet so far! Enjoy Wales!
