Stocking Up

Two loads of firewood this morning, it was good that Harry had help from Brian - the job soon got done!

We are out again tonight so limited commenting I'm afraid. Lots on at the moment with our visitors staying, doing lots of gadding about!!

Three good things:
1. I have spent £25 on an SD card to iPad adapter which is a revelation to me. So quick & easy, it was frustrating me no end using my camera cable as sometimes the iPad recognised it but more often didn't.
2. Our telephone seems to be working again. We could make calls but not receive them. According to BT the line wasn't faulty so our fault! It seems to have come right on its own!
3. Two loads of wood safely stored, should last us all winter.

This is a nice strong trailer and big enough for a whole winter's supply of firewood! Ours gets dumped on the driveway! Good for that adapter - just don't lose it! You do move around!

That's a big job. I remember having to do that as a kid and promising myself II wouldn't do it as an adult. We have a gas fireplace now!!

You will be nice and warm all winter. We topped our wood supply with 2 cubic metres of logs at the end of last winter and we filled the woodshed all ready for next winter now.
