I have never known the difference between our ice cream & the more exotic sounding gelato, is there any difference?
Three good things:
1. I am pretty much recovered from my food poisoning bout, yawning a lot tonight & a bit weak but better.
2. A lovely Poinsetta from my daughter in law Lesley.
3. So many good wishes from everyone re illness, thank you all so much!

Nice scene in B/W , But sorry I have no clue as to the difference between Ice cream and Gelato , except one is in Italian !!
That was a nasty event and how come Harry wasn't affected? He didn't eat the ham? Its generally chicken that does that - campylobacter! Good to eat that ice-cream now!
@maggiemae no he didn't eat the ham Maggie! He won't eat anything over a couple of days old whereas I am a little devil & very blasé about eating stuff up! He had beans on toast that day! 😇
Gelato's more expensive. :) Actually, gelato is churned slower making it denser than ice cream, and it has more milk than cream.

Thank goodness it seems to be a quick one...but it certainly packed a whallop with you! Hoping Harry recovers in short order...and without the trauma to his face!!!
