A wonderful day in the UK as we witnessed a spectacular feast of pageantry & love.
The bride looked amazing in a classic gown with a stunning long veil, quite something to witness.
Even if you aren't a fan of the Royal family the scenery today in Windsor was epic.
Great Eccleston flew the flags today!
Three good things:
1. Watching the wedding with friends, drinking Pimms, prosecco & a lovely buffet lunch.
2. The weather could not have been better!
3. We have let our house to a lovely couple, the first ones to view jumped at it & we liked them immediately.
@maggiemae From the left Maggie, a pub called the Black Bull then next a ladies clothes shop then The Community Centre where you can learn everything from Pilates to computer studies. Fish & Chip restaurant on the right,
Lovely shot, we watched the wedding too but of course, here it was on tv in the evening. It was a lovely day here too, same temperature as the UK and glorious sunshine. Not bad considering it is winter in a couple of weeks.
It was indeed a glorious day! I had my flags on the front and loaned a length of bunting to my neighbour for her book club party. A day to feel proud and happy especially for the happy couple
Congrats on the let. Yes, I absolutely loved it yesterday and then I was out all evening singing with my choir at a concert. Busy day but plenty of smiles.
@phil_howcroft I didn't actuallly hear all of it Phil as you know what it's like when there are quite a few watching specially with a glass of something in your hand, a bit too much chat! Hope tomcatch it on a catch up somewhere!
Flaked out last night lovelyto see both flags flying -a lovely day and a lovely wedding and good news re your let , hope both you and the new tenants will be very happy 😊
Love your #3.
