We have taken the tree down today.
Had to wait for a day free of any other things as it has taken me quite a while doing it slowly.
All up in the loft ready for next year again.
So much space here now so the chair can go back in it’s correct place & my spare bedroom is ready for guests again.
I’m feeling so much better now thankfully. Hardly any dizziness as long as I don’t turn my head sharply.
I’m being very careful how I move but only have the walking stick to steady myself if I’m outside.
Heart monitor in place, I think it upped a notch today.
I shall be commenting again slowly. Hope to be taking more photos too when I have anything worth taking.
Lovely to put up the tree and decorations but such a lovely feeling taking everything down , de-cluttering and getting back to normality again. So pleased all is going well for you Happy NY to both you and Harry xx

Good steady progress Pat and really nice you can do things carefully and not get dizzy. We have had a nice time here with family staying since before Christmas and loved every minute of it.

Cheerful box of ornaments! It has felt so good to clean up and put away - but I’ll have to retrieve a Christmas box today after finding a couple Christmas towels!

They are really special! Too nice to forget for Christmas! Hope you are enjoying your days more now - heart monitor - is that a fitbit? Mine tells me what my heart rate is and it sometimes is more than usual for no reason at all!

It’s just to rule out the possibility that my balance problems aren’t caused by any defect in my heart.
Seeing as I have had a stroke in my Cerribelum I think I can safely rule that out but every test is welcome!

@jamibann Thank you Issi, I did too much yesterday so a quiet day today, it’s so easy to get back to normal when feeling better but slowly slowly! If I can get out for a longer walk across fields I will be elated!
