Looking North over the bridge

The Lancaster Canal at Bilsborrow.

I took Connie for a quick run on my way from picking her up yesterday morning. A quick trip down this path that Leeds to Myerscough Agriculture College.
I have a friend who lives on the right here, her garden goes down to the canal.
She has lots of visits from ducks!

@onewing It’s a canal Babs so doesn’t tend to flood. I’ve only known that happen once in my lifetime.

Beautiful scene. We do quite a bit of canal walking, and sone of the gardens we pass are awesome. I always say I’d love to live canalside.

@happypat Ha ha should have taken in all the information. I see it is a canal now. Only had one cup of tea when I read this the first time though and it was quite early. Just had my second cuppa now and both eyes are now open.
