Well I’m thinking I shall shape myself & start posting again!
This photo was taken on my visit to the Reghed Centre near Penrith. I didn’t know at the time but probably had Covid then too. I’ve never been right since!
I thought this suited black & white.
Harry & I are on Metatone & a vitamin D tablet…..hopefully that will buck us up.

It’s grotty when you just can’t shake something off, isn’t it. Hope you’re on the mend soon. This is a nice shot. I haven’t been to Rheged for ages but will make a point of popping in when we’re next up there in April.
B&W is so good here - a soft feeling with pleasure at looking at good artworks. Hope the tonic helps - it's miserable having no energy to do anything - the phrase I often use is CBB.....'can't be bothered'!
This is a great shot and super in black and white. I hope that you and Harry are feeling better. Love the expression 'buck up' - I haven't heard it in a long time.
Covid and winter are not a good combination are they. Just take it easy, stay rugged up and have plenty of books to read until you feel better again
