Welford Road Stadium

On Sunday, we went to a rugby match with the kids - Leicester Tigers against Stade Français. Really good, colourful match, full of action, but Leicester Tigers won very easily. It was a full stadium, but I spotted the 'retro' seating in the old stand before it filled up.

@pasttheirprime Ha ha! You're safe to fav that one for me, as we're not supporters of either Leicester Tigers or Stade Francais! We just happened to be in in the area and decided it was too good an opportunity to miss - we do like a rugby match! It was a super game to watch, full of action. Stade Francais were very poor in defence, which lead to a lot of exciting moments!

@jamibann - looked a good game for the Tigers ! Tigers on the up this year (Bath going the other way). Used to enjoy the Welford road atmosphere years ago (life before kids !)
