Taken on Thursday morning as I headed off down to Annecy to see my poor bashed up girl. I'm pleased to report that despite 18 stitches in her face and a broken arm, that she is well. It could have been much worse. Feeling very thankful.
@milaniet She is, but you know her friends have been wonderful, despite only knowing them for a few months. They stayed with her until 2am on the day of the accident, swung by her flat the next day and picked up the stuff she needed in hospital, and even cleaned and tidied her flat for her return!!
Oh your poor daughter!! You must have been so frightened when you got that phone call!! I bet she is happy you are there with her now!! Wishing her a speedy recovery!!
I've just realized I've been holding my breath since reading your commentary on your daughter's accident, going back to see the earlier posts and comments. Poor gal! Oh Issi, I'm so glad she's going to be okay. That had to be so scary, getting that phone call from her. Every parent fears that tone in a child's voice that says something's gone horribly wrong. Sighing with relief, knowing M's gonna be alright. Neat pic, by the way — I like the mix of horizontal and vertical lines in various architecture.
