Taken on Saturday evening after dinner. We went for a walk around the block. The Eiffel Tower sparkles on the hour for 5 minutes. We happened to walk past at the right time and I had my wee camera in my pocket. Not the best of shots, (although better on black, of course), but very representative of our first evening in Paris, as 'residents'!
Sigh...how I wish I could do a long weekend visit to Paris while you are still there. The photowalks there are spectacular. I love that this is just your neighborhood walk to dinner.
@jamibann let's absolutely keep that in mind as a possibility. I'd love it. With a dozen students and just two days in Paris, I often don't get to grab even a moment to myself. But I love that you suggested it, and let's exchange coordonnées.
