Down by the river yesterday there was a field of mums and babes. This babe was branching out on his own and was checking out the daffodils. He seemed to like them!
They grow so fast. There are some near us...suddenly they look like ados...almost sheep. I'd love to freeze their lives where they are now...gambolling, head-butting one another, dashing about...rather than the commercial option. I could be a vegetarian at the drop of a hat, yet not likely anytime yet.
Beautiful focus on that baby lamb.... how lovely to see them in the fields. You did well to catch him still & on his own plus the addition of the yellow gorse as background adds so much.
