Christmas cookies! Cherry shortbread and spritz and oatmeal raisin and lemon and chewbillies and peanut blossoms and biscotti and almond and chocolate crinkles, too. Sometimes some new varieties sneak in — one never knows when something new may become a favorite. The tradition of creating my annual cookie tray brings me great joy and even more now that Nirali joins in!
