Two Tracks by janetb

Two Tracks

Two tracks ran through this railroad corridor in the thriving little town of Oakmont decades ago; but one track eventually closed. The Garden Club of Oakmont raised millions of dollars to transform the unused track into Arboretum Trail, a beautifully landscaped, 1-mile trail running alongside the still-in-use track; and Mike and I walked Gracie there this afternoon. We ran into old friends along the way and enjoyed a wonderful, lengthy chat even as we complied with the 6-feet social distancing mandate. It felt so good to be out and about on this beautiful spring afternoon!

I praise you, Lord, for the lovely walk on Arboretum Trail and for the opportunity to catch up with old friends.
How lovely this is! What a wonderful gift to the community!

Instant fav when I saw this earlier this morning. No time to write then but I'm back now to say this is so beautiful. Oh that spring scenes like this could last a lot longer.

Two Tracks, stopped me in my tracks. Such a captivating and pretty photo. I knew it had to be you instantly :) I could look at it all day, in fact I stared at it for a long while and wondered if you ever sell your photos? This one just speaks to me, I sense it captured my heart. :) Instant fav :)

So beautiful and the way you have captured the couple walking side by side speaks of being immersed in that beauty on a spring walk.

@kgolab Thank you, Keren, for your enthusiasm. To answer your question...I have never thought of selling my photos. You are so sweet to mention the idea.
