This is where the track through the Kathleen McArthur reserve ends - although you can paddle across the creek at the entrance and walk along the other bank, across a bridge and get back to where you started. I didn't! The town in the back is Caloundra. My parents had taken me camping here almost 70 years ago - it is still a resort town and with many retirement villages as well.
