A friend and I went to a place called Quartsville Creek...a VERY long drive...we found the twisty road under construction and we stopped by flaggers 4 times for a total of about 40 minutes. When we got up to the area where we were hoping to shoot moving water and changing leaves, we found they had drained the area for cleaning! Hardly any water. We were happy that we stopped to shoot some farm animals in the mist enroute or we would have been really disappointed.
