I'm still working on my Photographic Society of America architecture module. One of the assignments was for texture and color brought out by the light. I saw the way the sunset lit up the bottom of the water tower and thought this might be a good shot for that. What do you think?
Thanks for your visits, comments, suggestions, favs
This is a real cool subject! Such character and the golden light on it is beautiful. I feel as if it should be centered in the frame, more symmetrical?
@theredcamera thanks so much for the suggestion. I also have a centered version but this one won out for me. But I am always grateful for someone taking the time and making the effort to offer a thoughtful critique
Super light, really brings out the metallic colours and textures well. My preference would be to crop off some of the left-hand sky, perhaps to something like a 5x4. Too much MT sky IMO. Definitely leave the tower off-centre though.
