There is a multigenerational family that has lived on the same hill as we do since we moved here in 1979. They have been such good neighbors, friends, supporters over all these years and 4 generations in their family. The first generation passed years ago and a couple of days ago the remaining matriarch died. I knew it was coming, but I feel the loss deeply.
@carla42 so sorry re your family matriarch. Wanda wasn't a family member...just grandmother to a good friend, mother to a good friend, daughter in law to two people who we adored and helped us so much when we first moved here
